Registration Details

Registering for Touch has never been easier. If your team contact has already registered your team, and you are a player who needs to register into it, use the Player Registration above and search for your team name. If you are a team contact, looking to register a team into our competition, use the Team Registration above.

Players without a team will be able to register into an individual team and we hope to allocate players to teams from there. To do this, select the Player Registration link above and enter one of “Junior Mixed Individual Registration”, “Junior Girls Individual Registration” or “Junior Boys Individual Registration” as the Team Name. From there select the relevant age category in the Forster Tuncurry Touch Association.

Registration fees per player for 2024 are $55 plus processing fee. Touch Football Australia has introduced an annual membership fee of $22 which includes GST, transaction fees and the cost of insurance. The payment process is completely online via the MySideline system and is payable the first time a participant registers into a competition after 1 July each year. The annual membership fee removes the duplication of affiliation fees for those who play multiple competitions.

We require each team to have a minimum of 9 players up to a maximum of 14 players.

Where a team comprises a group of friends who wish to play as a team and a few of them are just over the age limit for the competition, FTTA will allow up to a maximum of three (3) overage children to play in that lower age division.

Under 7’s Only: Local rule – 8 players allowed on the field per team.
All other age groups: 6 players on the field as per the Rules of Touch Edition 8.

A match is 30 minutes in duration. There is no time off for injury during a match.

IMPORTANT: If using an Active Kids Voucher, you must buy the singlet during the registration with your voucher. Check the total amount includes the singlet as any unused voucher amount can’t be accessed once the registration is complete.
